I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario and a Mental Health Counsellor in Quebec. I provide psychotherapy and mental health counselling for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
Many of the individuals I work with are insightful and capable yet feel overwhelmed internally. They may have grown up with emotionally unavailable or inconsistent caregivers, are 1st generation children of immigrants, have taken on responsibility early in life, or learned to over-function in order to maintain stability. These early patterns often show up later as guilt, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or chronic self-doubt.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and nervous system aware. I integrate talk therapy with somatic work, parts-oriented therapy inspired by Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based exploration. Together, we work to understand the patterns that shaped you, regulate your nervous system, and build a more grounded and self-trusting way of moving through life.
Sessions are warm, honest, and grounded. Therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding how you adapted and creating new ways forward. Individual 50- and 90-minute sessions available.

How I Work
My approach is trauma - informed, flexible and collaborative. I always focus on what is most helpful and meaningful for you.
My work is informed by:
- Evidence-based psychotherapy
- Nervous system and somatic approaches
- Culturally Informed ( collectivist and individualistic lens)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed visualization work
- Values-based approaches inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Attachment-based work from a psychodynamic perspective
- ADHD-informed strategies
- DBT
- Mindfulness
For clients who are open to it, I also integrate a spiritual lens into our work. This may include exploring meaning, inner parts, intuition, or deeper patterns in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
I tailor my approach to each client, focusing on what is most helpful and relevant in the moment.
